Job Description
Mentor a team of engineers and CAD designers, manage customer relations, and perform substation engineering tasks, including design, calculations, and document preparation.
Requirements
- Mentor and schedule work of junior engineers, designers, CAD operators
- Capability to be Customer's Point of Contact to manage existing projects and customer satisfaction
- Proficient in multiple areas of substation engineering
- Performs and directs project design
- Supervises work and assists in training of division Project Engineers I and II
- Must interface well with employees at all levels
