Job Description
Mentor team of engineers and CAD designers, manage customer relations and business development, and perform complex project design and documentation.
Requirements
- Mentor and schedule work of junior engineers, designers, CAD operators
- Proficient in multiple areas of substation engineering
- Performs and directs project design, including engineering calculations and computer design software
- Performs and directs complex drawing reviews
- Supervises work and assists in training of division Project Engineers I and II
- Must interface well with employees at all levels
