Job Description
Lead small team of engineers and CAD designers in General/Physical Layout and Protection & Control packages of substation design projects. Manage customer relations and business development with select clients.
Requirements
- Supervise and schedule work of engineers, designers, CAD operators
- Manage customer relations and future business
- Proficient in multiple areas of substation engineering
- Performs and directs project design
- Performs and directs the preparation of complex project documents
- Supervises work and assists in training of division Project Engineers
- Interface well with employees at all levels
