Job Description
Lead a team of engineers and CAD designers in substation design projects, manage customer relations, and perform project design tasks. Reports to the Divisional Manager.
Requirements
- Supervise and schedule work of engineers, designers, CAD operators
- Manage customer relations and business development
- Perform engineering calculations and use computer design software
- Prepare project documents and perform drawing reviews
- Supervise work and assist in training of division Project Engineers I and II
- Interface with employees at all levels
