Job Description
Lead a team of engineers and CAD designers in substation design projects, managing customer relations and business development. Collaborate on physical layout, protection, and control design, and ensure a safe work environment.
Requirements
- Supervise and schedule work of engineers, designers, CAD operators
- Manage customer relations and future business plans
- Proficient in substation engineering, including physical layout design and relay settings programming
- Support and contribute to a company-wide safety culture
- Perform project design and complex drawing reviews
- Supervise work and assist in training of division Project Engineers
- Interface well with employees at all levels
