As an HR Specialist on our team, you'll engage with clients to help them achieve their human capital goals, provide customer support related to human resources payroll, benefits, and other HR inquiries, and maintain and use a knowledge management system to provide correct guidance in responding to employees.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in human resources
- Experience maintaining a knowledge base to support self-service, increase accessibility of information, and decrease resolution time
- Ability to research and process a wide range of concepts, practices, and legal and regulatory requirements to respond to inquiries
- Ability to effectively meet requirements
- Ability to exercise judgement and tact and diplomacy with stakeholders
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor's degree
