The Human Resources Sustainment Planner role is a defense mission professional that requires expertise in Army Sustainment, including Logistics, Health Service Support, Human Resources, or Financial Management. The role involves incorporating current and emerging Sustainment doctrine, lessons learned, and best practices into the design and execution of all Warfighter Exercises in accordance with FORSCOM Business Rules.
Requirements
- Experience as a field grade officer
- Experience in a key developmental position at the brigade or battalion level
- Experience in Army Sustainment, including with two or more areas, such as Logistics, Health Service Support, Human Resources, or Financial Management
- Experience with Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint software
- Knowledge of Army and Joint doctrine
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint software
- Ability to Travel up to 20% of the time CONUS and OCONUS
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Completion of Military Education Level (MEL) 4 CGSC or Warrant Officer or SGM's program equivalent
