IT Specialist

We're looking for an IT Specialist with experience providing tier one and two network, systems, and phone support to help us operate and maintain our client's IT systems. As a team hero, you'll solve problems and improve technology to support a government client.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience providing Tier one and two network, VTC, and desktop support to clients
• Experience with a variety of network protocols, software, and hardware involved in IT specialist operations
• Experience with troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Knowledge of government hardware, software, and network components
• Ability to work shift work or non-standard work schedule to support the client's mission, as needed
• TS/SCI clearance
• HS diploma or GED
• IAT Level II Compliant Certification
• Cisco Certified Network Associate Certification
