We are looking for a Conference Coordinator to manage activities on the conference floor of our law firm in Montréal, Canada. The selected person will act as a resource for all matters related to conference spaces, ensuring that conference space standards are respected and coordinating meetings and events.

Requirements

• Post-secondary diploma in hospitality, marketing, business administration, communications, or event management
• At least 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role in a business
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• High-level interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle difficult situations
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Autonomy and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Mastering Microsoft Office and Rendezvous (or any other similar venue management platform)
• Ability to use - or learn to use - all types of audiovisual equipment and assist clients
