Assy Process Engineer

BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assy Process Engineer to provide technical support in quality and manufacturing engineering for production areas and product launch activities that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing preferred)
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry or global manufacturing companies
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems
• Program management experience
• Proficient in applying lean manufacturing tools and techniques
• Experience in high-volume automated manufacturing is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, PowerBI, Minitab, Six Sigma, Agile, PLCs
