Production Coordinator

BorgWarner is looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join as a Production Coordinator. The role involves managing workflow and communication between teams, ensuring product manufacturing meets safety and quality standards, and guaranteeing on-time delivery within the established budget.

Requirements

• Manage resources and develop strategies to meet customer requirements on production lines
• Ensure and oversee that all production lines comply with safety and environmental guidelines
• Administer financial, material, and human resources within the assigned area
• Coordinate and collaborate with the Quality Engineering, Manufacturing, and Maintenance departments
• Support and directly assist the Production Supervisor in decision-making processes
