Production Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven individual to join our team as a Production Coordinator. The main responsibilities include managing workflow and communication between teams to ensure product manufacturing complies with safety and quality standards, as well as guaranteeing on-time delivery within the established budget.

Requirements

• Manage resources and develop strategies to meet customer requirements on production lines.
• Ensure and oversee that all production lines comply with safety and environmental guidelines, including timely closure of open items.
• Administer financial, material, and human resources within the assigned area.
• Coordinate and collaborate with the Quality Engineering, Manufacturing, and Maintenance departments on actions to optimize production lines.
• Support and directly assist the Production Supervisor in decision-making processes that require participation.
• Develop and monitor action plans to reduce waste in production lines.
• Manage and oversee training programs for operational personnel.
