Automation & AI Specialist (f/m/div.)

The Bosch Group is looking for an Automation & AI Specialist to drive innovation by enabling smarter workflows and empowering teams with cutting-edge AI tools. The role involves designing and implementing low-code automation solutions, acting as a trusted advisor for AI tools, and enabling others through training sessions. The successful candidate will have experience with Microsoft Power Platform, AI solutions, and IT infrastructure, and will be able to stay ahead of technology trends and bring innovative ideas into the organization.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable field
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and automation solutions
• Exposure to AI tools such as Copilot or similar AI assistants
• Experience delivering training or enabling others in technical topics
• Good understanding of AI concepts and digital automation
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including Windows Server and virtualization environments (e.g., Nutanix)
• Basic understanding of networking and security concepts (e.g., Cisco ACI, segmentation, firewalls)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
