Bosch is seeking an Automation Engineer to develop and implement advanced automation solutions for assembly processes, contributing to highly efficient and future-ready production systems. The successful candidate will automate manual operations using collaborative robots, design and develop software for new machines and production lines, and participate in the setup, commissioning, and ramp-up of new production lines, both locally and internationally.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a comparable technical field.
- Experience in programming and commissioning industrial machines.
- Knowledge of robotics integration and MES connectivity.
- Hands-on experience in quality assurance, including machine vision development and programming.
- Strong background in machine hardware architecture and experience with EPLAN design.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Beckhoff PLC, TwinCAT 3, Universal Robots, and StƤubli Robotics.
- Good written and spoken English.
