Customer Service Engineer

We are a company that works on smart, sustainable and safe building solutions. We are looking for a Customer Service Engineer to assist implementation engineers on projects and resolve system problems for service customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor (Electrotechnics/ICT)
• Knowledge of products and software that make up customer systems
• Techniques used in the project to interpret faults and perform service and maintenance
