
Job description
As a Customer Support Service Engineer, you will provide technical support to customers across Europe via email and telephone, and support repair, maintenance, and service activities on PHC Europe equipment.
Key responsibilities include providing technical support, managing administrative processing, supporting service activities, and coordinating with the Service Manager.
The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, proactive, and well-organized, with technical knowledge of electronics, electricity, and refrigeration technology.
