As a Customer Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and support them in the daily use of our solutions. You will primarily support customers with the operation, installation, and configuration of our own software products.
Function as a helpful and knowledgeable first point of contact for our customers. Analyze and resolve primarily software-related functional questions from customers via phone, email, and/or chat, with necessary support for questions about hardware and networks.
You are enthusiastic, eager to learn, and motivated to grow in a technical support role. You get energy from helping customers and solving problems.
