Customer Service Engineer

We are looking for a Customer Service Engineer to support engineers in the implementation, maintenance and operation of complex Safety & Security systems at our customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor in Electrical Engineering and/or ICT
• Knowledge of products and software within customer environments
• Insight into the techniques used to interpret faults and perform service and maintenance
• Ability to work accurately, communicate pleasantly and think in solutions
