Job Description
Bosta is seeking a First Mile Senior Coordinator to manage pickups for the Cairo/Giza area. The role involves receiving and processing packages, assigning routes, generating notifications, monitoring shipments, and ensuring accurate delivery tracking. Bosta is an e-commerce delivery provider, leveraging technology to streamline logistics.
Requirements
- Receive new pickups closed in Bosta flyers.
- Ensure correct tracking numbers are written on the flyer.
- Arrange day-to-day dispatch and sort shipments based on delivery addresses.
- Add cash collection, Refund, and hard copies to courier routes.
- Verify signature and IDs on delivered shipments.
- Monitor Star Wallet balance and deposit cash COD.
- Verify shipment through coded channels and cancel refused shipments.
