About bosta: Bosta is an overnight delivery provider for E-commerce companies in Egypt and KSA. Launched in 2017, Bosta relies on advanced technology to deliver orders to customers in a fast way. The Last Mile Hub Senior Coordinator is responsible for supervising daily sorting operations and ensuring all parcels are received, processed and dispatched correctly and on schedule.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or shipping coordination
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Familiarity with shipping management software and tracking systems
