Station Coordinator (Cairo)

Bosta is an overnight delivery provider looking for a Station Coordinator to receive shipments, verify details, and coordinate with drivers. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in shipping/logistics and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Receive shipments from customers at SuperJet stations and verify shipment details and documentation.
• Perform a basic visual inspection to ensure shipments are properly packed and safe for transportation.
• Record shipment information in the company system or approved logs.
• Coordinate with SuperJet drivers regarding trip schedules and shipment loading.
• Supervise the loading and unloading of shipments to ensure proper handling.
• Hand over shipments at destination stations and obtain delivery confirmation or signatures.
• Follow all safety, operational, and station regulations.
• Handle customers professionally and escalate any issues to management when necessary.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the shipment handling area.
