Job Description
Bosta is an overnight delivery provider for E-commerce companies in Egypt and KSA. We are seeking a Station Coordinator to receive shipments, verify details, and coordinate with drivers.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the shipping/logistics field
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma
- Familiarity with our industry is a plus
- Experience using the help desk and support tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Patience when handling tough cases
- Multi-tasking abilities
