We are seeking a detail-oriented Hub Administration specialist. They will play a vital role in supporting the HR And operation teams by managing part of payroll reporting, tracking employee attendance, and maintaining records of employee adherence. This position is also responsible for onboarding new hires and enhancing employee retention strategies. Additionally, the specialist will oversee vendor performance and coordinate transportation logistics to ensure smooth operational processes.

\nWhat you’ll be doing:

• Monitor and track employee attendance records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain comprehensive records of employee adherence to company policies and attendance guidelines.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Support employee retention strategies by gathering feedback and assisting in the implementation of engagement programs.
• Manage and coordinate transportation lines for employees, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Collaborate with the HR operations team to ensure payroll compliance with company policies and regulations.

Who are you?

• 1-3 years of experience, preferably in the shipping or e-commerce field.
