Brewing Operator (SAPB)

We are currently hiring a Brewing Operator in Breinigsville, PA to work our Night Shift. This position is responsible for monitoring and carrying out brew house, fermentation, filtration, and blending processes.

Requirements

• Execute brew, ferment, filtration, and blend operations in observation of all department/brewery procedures.
• Monitor, record, and troubleshoot supply line temperature, flow, and operation.
• Make equipment and product changeovers; using tools as needed.
• Complete accurate and timely entry of inventory records within the ERP system at the point of use, including all materials, ingredients, and in-process products.
• Unload material for Brewing and Blending processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and make recommendations to the process.
• Perform Quality checks, testing and complete paperwork as required.
• Perform work and cleaning in confined space areas
• Operate forklifts as required
• Fulfil sanitation duties.
• Work in a team-oriented environment with a “Safety-First” approach.
• Assist other operators and departments in training, repair work and equipment operation as needed.
• Assist with supporting overtime as needed to cover varying production needs.
