Corporate Counsel

Boston Dynamics is looking for an experienced Corporate Counsel to assist with Corporate, Governance, and Investor Management functions.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited U.S. school of law.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate law.
• Strong understanding of governance documents (Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Resolutions, Minutes, etc.)
• Experience with incorporation / good standing / corporate compliance matters.
• Solid understanding of securities laws and/or experience representing both privately and publicly traded corporations.
• Strong writing and presentation making skills.
• Admission to practice law in the U.S. If not currently admitted in MA, must be eligible for admission in Massachusetts.
• Current member of and good standing in a state bar.
• Internally driven personality.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capacity to function as part of a team, especially in a highly dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines.
• Strong interest in Robotics.
• Strong desire to join a high growth company.
