Corporate Counsel

Flagship Pioneering has an exciting opportunity for a high-energy Corporate Counsel to join its dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will have experience in corporate transactional matters and corporate governance, including venture capital and emerging companies.

Requirements

• JD degree and admission to practice law in Massachusetts or another U.S. state bar
• Outstanding academic credentials
• 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the corporate department of a nationally recognized law firm
• Foundational understanding of equity financing, equity awards, stock incentive plans, and corporate governance
