Job Description
Dymax is seeking a results-focused General Counsel to direct global legal, compliance, and EHS strategy, risk management, and governance across the BCE enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a JD, 15+ years corporate legal practice, and 8+ years in-house experience with multinational scope.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) required
- Active license in a US jurisdiction, with eligibility to practice in principal operating locations
- 15+ years corporate legal practice
- 8+ years in-house with multinational scope; experience leading attorneys/paralegals and managing outside counsel across jurisdictions; exposure to chemical engineering businesses and equipment/technology contracting preferred
