Requirements
- Assembles attractive daily menu items, accommodating diet restrictions, allergies, and ethnic preferences
- Maintains tray-line standards to ensure accurate, timely, and good-quality patient trays
- Cleans and sanitizes equipment and utensils as directed
- Accurately inventories, cleans, rotates stock and discards outdated items
- Receives and dates shipment for storage
