Process Development Engineer (Mid Senior)

Works closely with R&D and Manufacturing in the development of robust, capable, cost effective & safe manufacturing processes. equipment, materials and products and supports efficient and effective transfer of new products & processes into commercial production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in engineering or any related field
• At least 5-7 years working experience at process / process development
• Strong technical expertise on process/product technologies
• Knowledge of DFSS/DMAIC tools
• Lean methodologies, and process improvement tools
• Process and equipment validation techniques, PFMEA's, and associated regulatory requirements
• Statistical analysis
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing automation for process optimization
• Hands-on experience with visual inspection systems or manual visual inspection in a manufacturing environment
