Senior Process Engineering Manager

Provides leadership and technical direction to Process Development staff and leads the innovation, design, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes to support new product introduction and manufacturing transfer.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 15–20 years of experience in manufacturing and/or process development environments.
• Proven experience in people management, including direct report supervision and functional leadership.
• Strong background in project management and budget ownership.
