The Senior Process Enablement Analyst is responsible for end-to-end ownership of system requirement definition and delivery for assigned product areas across regional digital platforms and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field; MBA, business analysis, or Agile/product certification is a plus
- 7–10 years of experience in system enablement, business analysis, product ownership, or digital delivery roles
- Strong ability to translate business needs into precise functional requirements, including business logic, data, validations, and dependencies
- Highly logical, structured, and detail-oriented thinker, able to decompose complex scenarios into scalable system solutions
- Solid understanding of SAP process flows and master data structures (e.g. customer, product, pricing, inventory)
- Experience with SAP-integrated systems or enterprise e-commerce platforms supporting order, inventory, pricing, and billing processes
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to bridge commercial business, IT, and vendor teams
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Fluent in English
