Senior Process Excellence Analyst, APAC Supply Chain: end-to-end ownership of regional business process harmonization, process design, alignment, and governance execution.
Requirements
- Own end-to-end business processes for assigned scope
- Lead as-is and to-be process design
- Govern process documentation
- Lead cross-country process workshops
- Evaluate and challenge country-specific deviations
- Drive business validation and formal sign-off of process designs and governance decisions
- Act as the primary process authority for assigned scope
- Partner closely with Process Enablement Analysts, IT teams, and vendors
- Define and track process KPIs
- Proactively identify process risks, gaps, or inefficiencies and drive resolution
- Ensure process alignment with regional initiatives and future-state programs
- Drive continuous improvement of regional processes and harmonization practices
