Job Description
Join Botpress, a fast-growing AI start-up, as a Lead Backend Engineer to help build foundational technology for one of the most meaningful platform shifts in software. The role involves leading the design and development of backend services, owning architecture decisions, and mentoring other engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with high-scale SaaS platforms, developer tools, and/or AI-driven products
- Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, Nodejs, and operating backend systems in production
- Strong understanding of APIs, databases, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure
- Ability to balance speed and quality in a fast-moving environment
