Requirements
- 2+ years of BDR, SDR, inside sales or other relevant B2B sales, lead generation, prospecting experience
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including inbound lead nurturing, account-based marketing, and cold calls
- Experience with prospecting tools, CRM software, and ability to build and sustain a quality pipeline of prospects
- Ability to communicate with multiple layers within organisations, including senior leadership, and empathize with prospects to identify their needs
- High sense of urgency, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and comfort with rejection
- Solid written communication skills, phone etiquette, and adaptability
