Boulevard is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers across client groups, guiding them through all facets of people strategy and execution.
Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive HR/People Business Partner experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS or tech environments
- At least 5 years of experience supporting GTM teams (Sales, CX, Revenue Operations, and Marketing)
- Proven ability to influence and coach senior leaders while balancing business priorities with employee advocacy
- Experience navigating complex employee relations with judgment and discretion
- Strong knowledge of organizational design, performance management, and leadership development
- Comfort with data and analytics; ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
- A bias for action; ability to proactively identify organizational needs and effectively partner to achieve the right solutions
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to operate with agility in a fast-paced environment
