Job Description
Boulevard is seeking a Senior People Systems & Operations Specialist to join their People & Culture team. The role will serve as a key steward of their People systems and data ecosystem, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of workforce data while enabling better insights and decision-making across the business.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in People Operations, HRIS, People Analytics, or HR systems administration
- Experience working with HRIS / HCM platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, Rippling, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with People data and building dashboard and reports
- Ability to maintain data accuracy and governance across multiple systems
- Experience supporting system implementations, integrations, or process improvements
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate technical information to non-technical audiences
- High attention to detail and strong operational discipline
