Senior Legal Counsel

Bounteous is a premier end-to-end digital transformation consultancy looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join their global legal team. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, building operational infrastructure, and improving legal workflows. The ideal candidate has 4-8 years of commercial contracting experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and a focus on process improvement and automation.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 4–8 years of commercial contracting experience, ideally including in-house experience within a technology services, consulting, or digital agency environment
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills across technology services agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, and vendor contracts
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail and driving deals to closure
• Process-oriented mindset with a focus on building scalable systems, improving workflows, and increasing operational efficiency
• Experience with or strong interest in legal operations, including CLM systems, contract automation, and process design
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and legal technology, not just willingness to use these tools but active interest in pushing what’s possible in contract review, redlining, automation, and legal research
• Ability to collaborate effectively across a distributed global team and manage multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with digital, cloud, data, or AI-related agreements, as well as exposure to data privacy, litigation management, and IP considerations
