Senior mechanical engineer provides leadership and technical expertise to develop new technologies and guide others in profitable application of new technologies and designs in new products. Leads project teams, mentors engineers, and conducts technical studies and process improvement projects.

Requirements

• Manages and executes engineering projects and programs
• Leads technical studies, complex investigations, and process improvement projects
• Serves as technical Subject Matter Expert
• Leads and/or conducts process and packaging validations
• Assists in the development of innovative strategies and technical engineering standards
