Box is seeking a Junior Customer Success Manager, French Speaker to drive customer success and retention at scale. The role requires a tenacious, self-motivated individual who can leverage AI tools and automation to create personalized customer journeys.
Requirements
- Manage post-sales engagement for a large portfolio of customers
- Maintain a deep understanding of the product to advise customers on process transformation
- Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to create personalized customer journeys
- Develop and test digital-first playbooks to refine engagement strategies
- Analyze customer health data to execute targeted campaigns to mitigate churn risk
- Partner with Marketing, Sales and Box Consulting to provide effective and efficient customer engagements
- Serve as the internal voice of the customer to provide feedback on product enhancements and AI features
