Senior Solutions Engineer

Box is the leader in Intelligent Content Management. We are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to drive our platform forward, empowering customers to transform workflows across their organizations. As a Solutions Engineer, you will craft customer-centric solutions, work with account teams, and act as a liaison between Sales and Product. You will research customer business problems, lead demos, and communicate the value of Box to customers.

Requirements

• 4 year degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting experience within SaaS, enterprise software, AI, or cloud platforms
• AI-curious and technically fluent, comfortable discussing LLMs, embeddings, automation, and context and prompt engineering concepts
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to establish trust across technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to learn, understand, and communicate complex technical concepts and develop skills to create compelling solutions
• Displays follow through, stamina, and effort in every step of the sales cycle
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, languages, and modern architectures (REST, OAuth, JSON, Python, Javascript etc.)
• Experience working with low code no code automation such as Nintex, Zaphier, Workado, n8n
