Sr. IT Support Engineer I

Box is looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer to join their global team. The successful candidate will manage and resolve IT end user issues, procurement, asset and inventory management, and perform system imaging and application configurations. They will also lead cross-functional projects and drive end-user technology decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of working experience in an IT Support role
• Working knowledge of Windows and OSX operating systems
• Working knowledge of Lenovo and Apple hardware
• Knowledge of networking concepts
