Requirements
- 5+ years of pre-sales experience, or experience as a project manager or IT consultant selling solutions to enterprises
- 2+ years of experience managing a solution engineering (pre-sales) team
- Cloud, infrastructure, security, SaaS integration, or AI/automation expertise in one or more areas
- Proven success in high-touch sales to large enterprises and collaboration with partners/alliances
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to gain trust from technical decision-makers and executives
- Native-level or business-level Japanese and English (reading and writing)
