Job Description
Hot Topic is seeking a passionate and driven Full-Time Assistant Manager to lead their store in Friendswood, TX. This role focuses on supporting the Store Manager in sales targets, team development, customer engagement, and maintaining a positive store atmosphere. The position requires strong leadership, communication, and operational skills within a fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- Skills in communication, recruiting, operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising)
- Strong team leadership and development skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to handle retail operations, merchandise, and customer interactions
