Job Description
Hot Topic is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Manager to lead store operations, focusing on sales targets, recruitment, and customer engagement. The role involves maintaining a high-performing team, merchandising the store, and providing operational support to the Store Manager. This position involves both customer-facing and operational tasks within a fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- Leadership skills in leading teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in operations, payroll, scheduling, and merchandising
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Able to navigate the store and use store equipment.
