Job Description
BoxLunch is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Manager to support the store in achieving sales targets, recruiting and developing a great team, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a passion for pop culture and a strong ability to drive sales, build relationships, and maintain a well-managed store operation.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
- Leadership skills including recruiting and team development.
- Skills in communication, operations, and merchandising.
- Ability to work at least 18 years of age.
