Job Description
Hot Topic is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting and developing a team, and maintaining a positive store environment. This role involves leading operations, communicating with leadership, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience, similar to a Hogwarts/Star Wars story.
