Job Description
Hot Topic is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Manager to lead a store and support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and team development. The role requires a passion for music, pop culture, and providing exceptional customer service. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for store operations, sales reporting, merchandising, and team leadership.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
- Experience leading teams to success.
- Skills in communication, recruiting, operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising), and development of team members.
- Able to navigate store operations and product merchandising.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
