Job Description
Hot Topic is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager and contribute to sales targets, team building, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be passionate about music and pop culture, able to lead a team, and have strong operational and customer-facing skills. They will be in charge of store operations, team development, and creating a positive and engaging shopping experience.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Operational skills including payroll, reporting, and scheduling
- Professionalism and time management abilities
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
