Job Description
Hot Topic is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to support the store manager in achieving sales goals, recruiting and retaining staff, and promoting the store to customers. The role involves operations management, team leadership, and customer engagement. You will be a key contributor to the success of the store, helping to build a great team and a positive store environment.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
