Job Description
Hot Topic is seeking music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best shopping experience for customers. As a Hot Topic Sales Associate, you'll provide excellent customer service, manage product in the store, and contribute to store visual merchandising. You will be a part of the team, communicating fashion and pop culture trends, and helping ensure a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.
Requirements
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Customer service skills and ability to communicate
- Superpowers for product knowledge and sales
- At least 16 years of age
- Good navigation and merchandising skills
- Ability to navigate store layouts and manage products
- Able to communicate with others
- Ability to work with Team Spirit
